HOW FAST: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, with or without monogram, but there are some exceptions. How fast it gets delivered* from there depends on where it's going and which carrier you choose. More information: Monograms, Turnaround Time and Order Tracking.
*COVID delays: Although we are shipping as fast as usual, delivery times are generally taking longer than usual during the global pandemic.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: All of our shipments, domestic or international, including free promotional shipping, include tracking numbers.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS: We try our very best to find the best shipping rates and options for you. When we can, we offer promotional shipping rates, such as flat rates, free rates, and local pickup. Check our our latest Shipping Promotions.
SHIPPING CARRIERS: We offer several shipping carrier methods and options, including expedited options from the US Postal Service, FedEx, and DHL Express. Expedited shipping time delivery estimate begins from shipment date rather than from order date. We also offer free local pick-ups to those traveling through our beautiful area of the Oregon Coast.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: Regardless of country, carrier, or method, we insure delivery of all orders for loss or damage valued at over $55 using Shipsurance. Shipsurance insurance claims have a mandatory waiting period of 20 days for domestic orders and 40 days for international. If your order is not received after this time frame, contact us to fill out the brief insurance form and we will offer you a free replacement or full refund. For damaged deliveries, contact us as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES: Our international shipments do not include country import taxes and duties such as VAT or GST. Please beware that your country may charge you these taxes in order to pick up your package. Get an estimate of duties using our calculator.
